Enhance the internal planning of faculty or department's own IT assets and professional laboratories to ensure the use of genuine software. Which includes conducting internal inspections to monitor the implementation of licensed software, ensuring a systematic progression of software legalization efforts.
Continue to improve the management of software assets and the development of relevant auditing systems, focusing on enhancing the details of these systems. Our goal is to continuously raise awareness about software legalization and promote the widespread use of genuine software among faculty and staff members.
Oversee the procurement of licensed software through legitimate channels and ensure that professional personnel handle the installation and provide necessary training to faculty and staff members on proper usage.
Strengthen our support and cooperate with the government in educational, promotional, and enforcement activities related to the protection of software intellectual property rights.
Using genuine software, enhancing awareness of intellectual property rights protection, and ensuring campus information security requires our long-term and unremitting practice and efforts.
