To the 2023 Undergraduate Graduates:

The email accounts, MIS, VPN, and self-service printing privileges of the 2023 undergraduate graduates will be officially deactivated starting from December 31, 2023. All data within the email accounts will be synchronized and deleted. Therefore, please make sure to: • Back up necessary emails (such as recommendation letters, offers, communication with teachers, CVs, etc.) asap • Back up your contacts (such as forwarding them to a personal email).

If you have used the UIC student email for registration or linked it to other external services, please promptly change it.

Students who have delayed graduation will not be affected. The list of graduates provided by the Academic Registry (AR) will be

considered official. If you have any questions, please feel free to call the ITSC service hotline at 0756-3620315.

Additionally, UIC provides alumni email accounts for graduates. If needed, please register for the alumni email account at the

self-service registration address: https://alumniadmin.uic.edu.cn/ (For inquiries about the alumni email, call 0756-3620026).
