I. User Groups
The desktop wallpapers on public computers are only available for the promotion of affairs or activities related to administrative departments, faculties, student councils, and clubs. They are not open to individual users. The user groups are as follows:
II. Display Scope
Approved desktop wallpapers will be displayed in a loop on public computers.
III. Desktop Wallpaper Design Requirements
Size: Limited to within 500KB.
Format: Must be in JPG format.
Dimensions: Required to be 1920 pixels in length and 1080 pixels in width.
Image Quality: Must not be lower than 8.
Left Margin: There is a default shortcut icon on the left side of the screen. Please do not place any elements within the left 300PX space.
Bottom Margin: There is a default taskbar at the bottom of the screen. Please do not place any elements within the bottom 100PX space.
Color Scheme: Avoid overly colorful images. Strive for simplicity in the original image.
Contact Information: The wallpaper must include the event or activity organizer's contact details.
Commercial Content: The published image must not contain any commercial promotional content.

ITSC is the sole department responsible for publishing desktop wallpapers on public computers.
ITSC has the right to reject or terminate any pictures or content that do not meet the publication requirements.
If there is important information that needs to be announced, ITSC has the right to terminate the currently published pictures at any time.
Desktop wallpapers can only respond to one event request at a time. In case of application time conflicts, ITSC has the right to decide the display schedule.
For organizations or clubs managed by the Student Affairs Office, the content to be published must be verified and approved by the Student Affairs Office.
ITSC does not handle the processing or modification of pictures. If the picture quality or display effect does not meet the requirements, ITSC will suggest that the applicant modify the picture. Otherwise, ITSC will reject or terminate the application.
Once the application period expires, the published picture will be automatically withdrawn. If an extension of the display period is needed, a new application must be submitted.
ITSC does not assume any responsibility for the events or activities being promoted.
VI. User Responsibilities
The applicant must ensure that the published picture meets the minimum requirements.
The applicant is responsible for the quality, display effect, and modification of the picture.
Pictures containing pornographic content are strictly prohibited.
Commercial advertisements are not allowed.
The applicant must take full responsibility for any issues arising from the content of the desktop wallpaper.
The user agrees to and complies with all the terms mentioned above.
VII. Application Process
Application Method:
Currently, applications are only open to faculty and staff. Student councils or student clubs need to contact their responsible teachers for application and progress inquiries. Applications can be submitted through the online process for computer desktops on the internal portal service center.
