Important NotesThe Dkey Token must be activated , if you need support,please contact ITSC at itsc_support@uic.edu.cn.
Only one device can connect to the VPN at any time with your own user ID; please contact ITSC to unbind your Dkey Token when install in other cellphones.
Every connection will last for 3 hour. User can reconnect the VPN again after termination.
